Foods To Eat

Beans, sardines, berries, dairy, guacamole, and ravioli. These are just a few of the foods that you can choose to eat. With so many different foods available, how do you know which foods to eat? There are foods that are healthy for you and others that are not as healthy for you. What you eat is just as important as being active every day. Eating the right foods will help you play all day, grow bigger, and keep you from getting sick.
