Warm Up Workout

It looks like Pedro lacks the motivation to practice today.

Before you sit down to begin your work today, pretend you are helping Pedro practice his soccer skills. Get your mind and body warmed up by doing each of the following drills or pretending you are Pedro's coach and telling him what to do next. 

  1. Overhead Pass: Hold a pretend soccer ball over your head, take one step forward, and throw the ball.
  2. Swinging Leg Kick: Pretend you are kicking the ball from mid-field all the way to the goal.
  3. Deke: Pretend an opponent is coming at you for the ball, and deke in the opposite direction.
  4. Quick Feet: Run on the spot as quickly as you can for 10 seconds. 
  5. Victory Cheer: You scored! Celebrate!
